Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. All entries become the property of Vision Colored Contact Lenses and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DATES & DRAWING

There are 4 (four) drawings a year, one drawing each quarter. The drawing dates are as follows.

• 1st Quarter January 1st March 31st
• 2nd Quarter April 1st June 30th
• 3rd Quarter July 1st September 30th
• 4th Quarter October 1st December 31st

There will be one Prize Winner per drawing. The Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about:

• 1st Quarter March 31st
• 2nd Quarter June 30th
• 3rd Quarter September 30th
• 4th Quarter December 31st

PRIZES

The Prize Winner will receive a 6 month supply of contact lenses from our catalog at Vision Colored Contact Lenses. The winner must present a valid contact lens prescription. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and may not be bartered or sold. Prizes will be awarded in the name of the Prize Winner only. Vision Colored Contact Lenses reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if advertised prize is not available.

ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Drawing subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

NOTIFICATION

Prize winners will be notified via e-mail within 12 business days after the drawing date and may be asked to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release.In addition to supplying a copy of a valid contact lens prescription.

2. Allow Vision Colored Contact Lenses to use and publish their name and/or likeness and state online and in print, or any other media, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law;

Release, discharge and hold harmless Vision Colored Contact Lenses, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the drawing or any prize won.
