CLIENT PRIVACY AND SECURITY:

Vision Colored Contact Lenses respects your privacy. We guarantee that all personal client information you supply in the course of doing business with us will be handled securely and held confidential. We will not disclose, sell and/or rent any information about you to anyone.

PRESCRIPTION VERIFICATION & ORDER POLICY:

Prescription verification works in two ways: You fax us a copy of the prescription. OR You can provide us with the name and phone or fax number of your eye care provider and we will contact them to verify your prescription's validity. If your eye care provider does not respond to our request for information within 8 business hours then we will assume that your prescription is valid and will proceed to process and ship your order. Orders not including eye care provider information will be deleted and may incur a $5.00 processing fee.  This verification process is clearly posted on the order page, clients that gaive false information i.e. "Not fitted for contacts" " No patient name on record" etc, will be charged an $5.00 processing fee i.e. phone and or fax long distance carrier charges.

RETURNS:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the contact lenses you ordered from Vision Colored Contact Lenses in their UNOPENED BOXES OR VIALS within 20 days for an exchange or refund.We will refund your money up to the full value of the product excluding shipping and handling. In addition, if you refuse and or return your order which we have verified with your eye care provider there is an $5.00 processing charge back . Please note, Wild Eyes and Crazy Lenses are not returnable unless defective, in which case they will be exchanged for new lenses.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Vision Colored Contact Lenses offers a complete selection of contact lenses from all major manufacturers. But, if you don't see the lenses you need , please fill out the "Special Order Form". Please bear in mind that special order lenses are custom made to your prescription . For that reason, special order lenses may not be returned for exchange or refund.
