Although it takes sometime to learn to put thei contacts in right, it gets easier to take them in and out with time. Within a few short weeks, you'll find it easy to remove and insert contacts.
When you take your contats out, you are to rub them with your thumb and index finger to remove any build up from calcium. Once you do this, you are to place them in the lense case where you store them.
On of the main reasons for a prescription with contacts is to see what size contacts you will need. Many don't realize that there are multiple sizes for contacts. In addition, this allows the physician to take a good look at your eyes to ensure they are healthy prior to the prescription contacts.
