Once you take your lenses out of their case, you are to empty out the old solution and let the case dry. It's important that you keep your lenses clean. You are to clean them with your fingers prior to putting them in your eyes. you should never laon anyone your contacts or wear anyone elses. There are amny different infections that can effect your eyes. It's really the same for your eye wash or lens solution.

When you take your contats out, you are to rub them with your thumb and index finger to remove any build up from calcium. Once you do this, you are to place them in the lense case where you store them. Feeling patriotic?
